Who are HCG
Hikma Consulting Group established itself in late 2024. It emerged to meet the rising demand in the GCC for expert project management advisory and training services. We noticed that there was a lot of companies selling PMO, Portfolio, Program, PM, PMCM or PMC services without actually understanding the client goals, visions and aspirations.
To us each client requires a bespoke and tailored approach to the project delivery. What we do differently is understand the clients needs assess what outcomes they are looking for and create a bespoke framework to execute and achieve the outcomes desired.
